17th Optics of Liquid Crystals（OLC2017）が9月24日〜29日の日程で、ブラジルのグアルジャ（サンパウロから車で1時間半）にて開催されます。

OLC2017は、ILCCと交互に隔年で開催されている液晶の光学に関する国際ワークショップです。扱うテーマは光学、フォトニクスに限定することなく、液晶の基礎から応用までを幅広く議論します。
