Presentation time in oral session

• • • Invited paper: Talk 20 min, Discussion 4 min.
    • Contributed paper: Talk 12 min, Discussion 2 min.
    • During the presentation, the presenter will hear bell rings indicating the time left.

Method

• • • All oral presentations will be given with presenter’s own computer.
    • HDMI connector can  be used to connect your computer to the presentation device. Please bring an appropriate adaptor if the computer does not have an HDMI port.

 

For poster presentations

Poster Program (as of June 21)

Date:  
September 5 (Thu), 13:20 – 14:50

• • • The posters should be displayed between 12:50 and 13:10. Please check your presentation number indicated on the board.
    • After poster presentation, please remove your poster as soon as possible.
    • Any poster not removed by 15:10 will be automatically recycled.

Venue: 
Meeting room “Fountain”, 2nd floor, The Seagaia Convention Center

Poster Preparation:

• • • The board size is 900mm width and 2100mm height.
    • Please prepare your poster within an A0-format size (841 x 1189 mm).
    • Appropriate materials to mount the posters on the boards will be
      supplied to all presenters.

Presentation Hours:

• • • Odd number: from 13:20 to 14:05
    • Even number: from 14:05 to 14:50
