For applicants living in Japan,
please make the payment of the registration fee (and option fees if you wish to join) by bank transfer with your registered name. The bank information will be given in the automatic reply email that you will receive after registration.
The receipt will be provided at the registration desk during the workshop.
For applicants from outside of Japan, please pay the fee at the registration desk (only cash in Japanese yen is accepted).

Registration Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations by June 28, 2024 : 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations on and after June 29, 2024 : No refund.
- No refund is possible in case of no-show or early-departure.
- All refunds will be processed after the end of the conference.

In addition, your personal data may be converted into anonymized statistical or aggregated data which cannot be used to identify you and then used to produce statistical research and reports. This aggregated data may be shared and used in the ways described above.
JILCW2024 organizing committee processes your personal data in its interest as well as your interest, so JILCW2024 organizing committee provides and you receive the congress related supplies that you have requested and other related materials specified in the above.
- Retention periods
We keep your personal data as long as there is a statutory or legal requirement to do so or in order to provide the aforementioned services to you. For accounting or auditing purposes we may retain your personal data for a period of time after our direct business dealings have ended.
