A poster stand of approximate size A0 will be supplied for displaying posters. The size of poster-board is 900mm x 2100 mm. You will be able to display your poster from coffee break (10:35-11:05) in the morning of July 6th. Push-pin will be prepared by organizers.
Obligation time: Odd No. 13:50-14:40
Even No. 14:40-15:30
Just after finishing Poster session, please remove your poster as soon as possible.

Presentation time in oral session
･ Invited paper: Talk 20 min, Discussion 4 min.
･ Contributed paper: Talk 12 min, Discussion 2 min.
･ During the presentation, the presenter will hear bell rings indicating time left.
Method
･ All oral presentations will be given with presenter’s own computer.
･ D-sub15 pin connecter will be used to connect the computer to presentation device.
Please bring an appropriate converter if the computer does not have D-sub port.
･ No audio output will be used for the presentation
